Returns
You can cancel and return your unworn or unwanted online Mannequin Avenue purchases via post within 28 days after receiving your item. 

Please note, once this 28 day period has expired, we are unable to accept returned goods that are not faulty or are as described and are fit for purpose.

You should ensure that you post your returned item via recorded delivery. Once we have received the item in the appropriate condition, we will refund you in full for the item. If you have damaged the item we will refund you appropriately. It is advisable to speak to one of our Customer Care Team members before sending back your product, if it is damaged, to discuss the refund.

Not 'fit for purpose'
In circumstances where the item is not fit for purpose or faulty, we will reimburse your postage fee if you contact our Customer Care Team and provide them with a copy of your proof of postage and the receipt of payment.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Jewellery
Some items are excluded from our Returns Policy. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.


Exchanges
If your item is faulty or not fit for purpose, we are also able to offer an exchange/replacement for this item.
